Roycie Eppler

Roycie Eppler is the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at American Public Media Group.

Roycie Eppler has over two decades of experience in Human Resources across diverse industries, encompassing both the public and private sectors. Her career journey began in the retail sector with May Department Stores Company, where she occupied various functional and operational roles. Her responsibilities spanned Information Technology, Finance, Store Operations, Customer Service, and Supplier Diversity. 

Subsequently, Roycie relocated to Minnesota in 2008 and joined Ameriprise Financial as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. During her tenure at Ameriprise, she played a pivotal role in crafting and executing the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. Roycie's professional journey continued to evolve as she took on leadership positions within global Human Resources teams at notable companies such as MTS Systems, Cargill, and, most recently, Heraeus Medical Components, where she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Global Head of HR. During her tenure at Heraeus, her responsibilities expanded significantly. She assumed leadership of Marketing and Customer Experience, eventually culminating in her management of P&L responsibilities for Pulse Systems, an R&D and Manufacturing company acquired by Heraeus Medical Components. Following her time at Heraeus, Roycie joined Cutera Inc. in San Francisco as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Roycie holds a B.A. in Organizational Business from St. Louis University, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors.
